These draft terms describe the intended local marketplace rules. They are not approved for a public launch.
Using the platform
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, act respectfully, and use the service only for lawful research participation or recruitment. Account access is personal and may not be sold or shared.
Research participation
Taking part is voluntary. A participant may leave a study, but payment depends on the published study conditions, valid completion, and the review and appeal process. Researchers must describe studies honestly and pay fairly.
Payments
Local sandbox funds and Stripe test payments have no cash value. Production payment, fee, tax, refund, and payout terms must be replaced with provider-confirmed terms before any real-money launch.
Enforcement and disputes
The platform may pause studies or restrict access after a proportionate human review. Participants may appeal rejections. Immutable records preserve sensitive decisions for oversight.
