I cannot sign in
Use the forgotten-password link in the login window and we will email you a secure link to choose a new password. The link expires after one hour. After five incorrect passwords, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
A study did not work
Return the reservation if you cannot continue, then use Report a problem from the study or submission. Include what happened without sharing study responses or passwords.
When is a reward approved?
Researchers can approve after reviewing the submission. If no decision is made, the submission is approved automatically on the date shown in your submission history.
How do I control my data?
Open Account and privacy from your dashboard profile area to change communication settings, download a JSON copy of account-linked data, or request deletion.
